Gulfood Manufacturing opens in Dubai this week, expecting to welcome over 30,000 food manufacturers from around the world. Taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the event opens tomorrow with 1,500 exhibitors covering everything from new machinery and logistics solutions to packaging and access transport.

Alongside the exhibition is a comprehensive conference, featuring expert speakers from food manufacturing. These include Nestle Middle East's Head of Supply Chain and the Global Head of Innovation for Mars.

Gulfood Manufacturing runs from 27 to 29 October and registration is available onsite.
