ThinkIQ & Mitsubishi’s Digital Manufacturing Transformation

Mitsubishi Corporation has entered into a collaborative agreement with ThinkIQ, to expand ThinkIQ's digital manufacturing platform in Japan and across its industrial supply chain ecosystem.

Mitsubishi & ThinkIQ's IoT-driven smart manufacturing visibility

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation was founded in 1921, in Japan, and manufactures a range of products, from automation systems to transport. The company has utilised IoT and edge computing to enable connectivity and data-driven decision-making. Mitsubishi collects data from various sensors and equipment on the factory floor, allowing real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance and operational optimisation.

Software development company ThinkIQ was founded in 2015 and is based in Aliso Viejo, California. The company offers greater visibility into the manufacturing shop floor and across the supply chain using IoT sensors, OT and IT systems. Previously, ThinkIQ had built its platform by working alongside smart manufacturing projects run by governments in the US and across Europe. Previously it has worked with General Mills, McCain, Corning and Mars.

Revolutionising smart manufacturing solutions
