The US-based software company, Epicor, has won a Stevie Award for its EpicCare support platform.
The firm won the award for “Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software” at the 16th annual award ceremony.

Epicor launched a digital transformation which began with the EpicCare platform – which replaced more than 15 existing support systems and over 50 customer portals.
The customer service management solution serves more than 70 products and has 20,0000 customers.
