Construction and consultancy giant Turner & Townsend has played a major role in remodelling Allianz SE's Asian headquarters in Singapore.

The state-of-the-art building equates to 9,800 square foot of office space and is situated within Asia Square Tower 2 in a prestigious area of Singapore.

It will accomodate over 100 Allianz SE employees, and include more than 10 individually-themed meeting rooms suitable for conferences locally and worldwide.

The themed communal spaces have been inspired by Allianz’s employees, clients and products. For example, design of the 'Allianz Stadium' is uniquely based on the company’s famous Allianz Arena in Munich, Germany, incorporating an astroturf carpet, digitally-enhanced football field tabletop and matching colour scheme. Another meeting room - 'Transport Me' - is fitted out as a shipping container to represent the marine insurance business; a 1980s English dining room has been recreated to reflect the home insurance market; and 'The Local' meeting room reflects a Singapore-inspired shophouse.

Brian Shuptrine, Director for Turner & Townsend in South East Asia, said: “We are proud to have delivered the high quality remodelled work environment within a short period of seven months. Our focus throughout this process has been to meticulously manage the multiple work facility changes with a structured approach so that everything runs smoothly. The office has undergone a complete transformation using smart technology to make this a digitally-advanced work space for Allianz.”
