The UK-based bank, Barclays, has appointed its new Head of Manufacturing, Transport, and Logistics (MTL).

Helena Sans will replace Mike Rigby, who will become the new Head of Business Services.

Sans was previously an Industry Director for the Barclays Retail & Wholesale Corporate Banking team.

With this role, Sans was responsible for managing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well as larger businesses.

She has 20-year experience within the company, with roles in debt financing, as well as working for both the Corporate and Investment Bank.
